Entrust the cleaning of your Airbnb to professionals to offer your guests an irreproachable experience ! With our dedicated cleaning service, you'll benefit from a fast, meticulous intervention tailored to the requirements of short-term rentals. We'll take care of everything : complete cleaning, linen changes, replenishment of essential products, and much more.
In the event of a problem, we intervene quickly to resolve routine repairs, and if necessary, we call in qualified professionals for more extensive work, ensuring that your property runs smoothly.
Thanks to our suppliers, we take care of consumables management at our own expense, and we can offer you our secure key boxes.
Our prices
We charge a 20% commission on overnight stays, with sliding scale rates according to the volume of bookings. The cleaning and linen management package is invoiced directly to tenants. This guarantees transparent, optimized management to maximize revenue.
With our sliding scale pricing, the rate per night decreases as the tenant extends their stay. If they book more nights, they benefit from a reduction in the overall price of their stay, which in turn means lower cleaning costs.
Prices for cleaning vary according to the number of reservations, the size of the accommodation and the number of beds it sleeps.
There are no charges other than for concierge services and maintenance.

For some time now, following our experiences, we have felt the need to respond to a lack of support and professionalism, which we ourselves have encountered in some short-term rentals, impacting our stay.
Combining our skills and shared passions outside sport and travel, we joined forces: Julien, with his real estate expertise and mastery of property management and owner expectations, and I, an entrepreneur at heart, have always had a heart for creating practical, innovative solutions.
